This guidebook is going to walk us through some of the steps that we need to know if we want to implement Kaizen into our business. There are a number of steps, and it can be tricky to allow this change into a business that wants to hold onto some of their traditional methods of doing things, but when you can show them the results through small and incremental changes, you will see that they will want to jump on board in no time.

This guidebook is going to take us through Kaizen and all of the parts that we need to know to make this work out well. Some of the great options that we will learn about when it is time to work with Kaizen include:

  •  What Kaizen is all about, including some of the principles that can help us to run one of these projects successfully
  • Some of the benefits that come with Kaizen and how we can make this work for our needs
  • Some of the sure, simple steps that we are able to take with Kaizen so that we can implement it and use it for some of our own needs
  • A look at a bit of the application that comes with Kaizen and how we can help to create the right mindset and more to make this work well
  • Some of the companies who work with Kaizen and how we can make sure that we set this up to provide us with the best benefits possible
  •  A look at some of the ways that Kaizen may not work, such as when your employees are not on the same page or when you do not work on continuous improvement all the time
  • And so much more

There are a lot of simple steps that go along with the Kaizen idea, and learning how to make this a reality is going to be so important.

Not a complete book on Kaizen but a book summary.

The book is very high level and touches on subjects on the surface. It feels that it's just a textbook without specific examples that does not really explain things but only lists features and benefits of Kaizen. This book could be compared to just the table of content, very disappointing
