Helpful guide

If you’re just starting to keto, there's a particular instruction to follow. You must be aware of how this diet works, to whom this Keto is best and not, why should you go on a keto diet, and the truth behind the myths. To know it, I recommend this book to know more not just by relying on anyone.

I'm new to the Keto diet and this was the perfect place to start. ThisKeto Diet: 3 Manuscripts - Keto Diet Cookbook for Everyday Meals, Keto Diet for Beginners, Essential Guide to Keto Diet by Bryan R. Myth was an excellent course and very motivating.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and he explained all the things you need to know if you undergo a keto diet. He will also show you the keto benefits and side effects, and how you get started. In the third chapter, he will show to get perfectly cooked simple meal plans for the Ketogenic Diet.

All of the topics were interesting and useful. I liked the nutritional information included in each recipe so that you can be aware of how many carbs, calories, fats, and protein you will eat.

Consider this guide if you are a beginner or do not know anything yet.

Excellent resource to have

Whether you are new to the lifestyle or just wanting to eat more healthy or looking for some new and creative ways to add to your already thriving Keto lifestyle, this book delivers in all areas.

I was expecting it to be great and it’s even better than I had imagined. Not only are the recipes amazing but you also get detailed information on how to get started on the Keto Diet in the best way. For me, this is one of the best keto guidebooks because the author explained the truth behind the myths. I've known what's the difference between ketosis and ketoacidosis. When you are in ketosis, you are free to leave the state of ketosis at any time you want. You can easily do this by eating more carbs. However, in ketoacidosis, the process becomes uncontrollable. Your blood sugar can spike up and your body might produce too many ketones. Ketoacidosis is an abnormal response of the body. Still, it is worth noting that as far as ketosis alone is concerned, then it is safe. Having this book will let you know what to do at how to do a Keto diet properly. Plus you will know the 14-day keto recipes that you can choose from.

With this guide, I was able to cut my high carb intake. Love all the recipes and tried some of it and it was easy to follow. The ideas gave me a bigger picture of what is truly required to live a healthy lifestyle. Glad to have this guide as a reference.

Gained lots of information

This guide was a good match for my learning objective. I got this book as I want to achieve my weight loss goal and regain my well-being with a Ketogenic diet. Being a nurse, I certainly knew better than to eat hot dogs and burgers all day. This book breaks it down so that you can make clean and easy choices!

Bryan does a wonderful job of explaining what Keto Diet is, why you should go on a keto diet, the truth behind myths, as well as the clear and simple instructions on how to cook each recipe, and more. Each recipe is budget-friendly, easy to follow, and very easy to prepare.

By following the information and advice laid out here, you can be sure to achieve a healthy lifestyle that leaves you feeling energized, nourished, and satiated after every meal when done correctly.

The tips were very useful to improve my daily eating routine. I hope I can apply them to my everyday life as I have been so far. If you would like a simple guide and a cookbook to make it easy to follow, then get this book. I do recommend it to anyone especially for all those who want to lose weight safely.

In general, great recipes and well worth the purchase.

I'm thankful to have this as I’ve been researching keto lifestyle for a couple of years and have occasionally tried it but couldn’t stick with the restrictions. The approach in this book offers so many options and is much more practical, the recipes are great and easy to make, and the ingredients are easy to find. Lots of thanks I found it.

Packed with amazing info

Having this book is a great way to start your low carb lifestyle! This book is everything you need to get started or maintain a high fat, low carb diet. I was on a ketogenic diet for several months before I came across this book. I changed how I look at this lifestyle. Bryan's book is packed with amazing information, guidance, easy to understand charts, and delicious recipes.
