I liked it

This is a very good book, just 90 minutes, which is enough for me. The keto diet isn't very complicated, and this guide is good enough to explain it.

This was a good one

It was not too short, not too long. Just perfect. I loved the tips they gave in here about ketogenic dieting. The low-carb way can definitely work if you do it right, which is exactly what they show in this book.

Very repetitive quality or recording

The book started out OK until it started repeating it self. Like the book wanted to fill up more space by saying the same thing over and over again, then after about chapter 2 the recording went to poo all garbled and messed up.

This was a great book

I liked this book because I got it for free, but I think I would have paid for it if I hadn't. You know what I mean. It's good to learn about these low-carb diets. Actually, there was a lot of information I could relate to, just general health information too that everyone should follow. Thank you.
