Love intermittent fasting

I don’t know about the Keto diet. Probably I am not going to try that because I the past, I did it, and it just didn’t work out for me. I felt bloated, and the overall feeling just was not right. Do you know what I mean?
But intermittent fasting, though, God, this is a discovery of a lifetime. I can’t believe how much of a difference a few extra hours of fasting every day can make.
Big thanks to the author who put all these amazing strategies together in this magical book. Thanks a lot!

My comment

I was dealing with obesity and bullying since childhood. I tried to fast back then, but I guess these were just temporary emotional breakdowns that led to overeating and gaining every pound back and even more. I think quite a few people can resonate with my story.
Anyway, I am 26 years old now, lost a little bit of weight, and feel healthier. I have no idea why I shared my story, but hopefully, it will resonate with someone and will motive him or her to push harder and change a life. Why this book?
Well, I am now looking to improve my knowledge, lose 25 more pounds, and improve my health even more. However, it seems to have quite a few very interesting perspectives on diet and exercise, so I can really recommend it for people who want to lose weight!

I adore this book

This is one of my favorite books on the subject. I used to combine intermittent fasting and keto in the past, but it didn’t work as expected. I was following 16/8 approach back them.
This book told me that according to my body type and lifestyle, 16/8 is probably not the best dieting approach, so I switch to 18/6 every 2 days and it works like magic, I mean literally.
I am so satisfied because I’ve already lost over 5 pounds of body weight in less than a week. Results are truly great, but I will see how far I can go on that pace. Thank you once again!

Nice one

I have never read or listened to any diet book before; this is my first time. I purchased a few of them, but they are still sitting on my bookshelf, waiting to be opened. Anyway, there was something about this book, about the description of it, that pulled me in, and I just couldn’t help but open it and read it (in this case, listen to it)
I was stunned at every single chapter, blown away, and it took me quite a few chapters to realize that I need to take notes and implement everything I hear. That is how powerful this book felt to me. Amazing job!
I highly recommend it to everyone dealing with weight loss and obesity issues and do not want to wait another year and one more round of new year resolutions that never happen…

Deffirences explained

I am glad that the author was kind enough to explain all the differences between different diets. That led me to the conclusion that this is the right choice for me.
Talking about this particular book and its strategies, I must admit that I definitely above average the quality of the book. The author covers a lot of important subjects. He also explains further and what exactly you should do once you finish reading the book. Provides a step-by-step action plan on how to start implementing intermittent fasting and keto diet into your lifestyle.
If that’s what you want, you should buy this book straight away!

My honest opinion

There are some really great points and advice inside this book. For example:
17 common mistakes: very helpful for people who have tried many diets in the past and want to know why they failed (myself included)
Meal plan – really great, because you don’t want to wait and structure your meals on your own. Everything is done for you here.
Information overall is also very valuable for people like m who don’t have any previous experience changing eating habits.
What I didn’t like about this book, or I didn’t like as much, was the narration. It seemed that the narrator didn’t really care about the readers and sometimes was off in terms of the content he has to represent.
Anyway, thank you for a great book and amazing listening experience!

Practical and easy to use

I don’t know about other listening, but I liked this book. The overall flow seemed a little off from time to time, but all the strategies made sense and were easy to understand.

Good enough

I don’t think that audio quality was the best, but besides that, everything was great. Recommend this book to everyone!
