Good info besides how to eat ketogenic!

Love the audio-book. Beyond just how to eat ketogenic, so much good information. It also describes how and why our bodies work the way they feed other types of food. Not for retailers in the UK!

Not what I thought it was and not even with hard to come by ingredients or difficult to get for UK audience. More listen than getting and cancer remedies which are dangerous.
