WTF??!!??

Does this author know what vegan means??? She keeps talking about eating dairy. I don't feel like I can trust anything else she says with such a simple, glaring error. I'm sending this back.

Fantastic Informational audiobook!

With all the buzz going around about theKeto Diet and Vegan Low Carb, I was curious to find out what the fascination is about. I've seen a lot of comparisons between this diet and the difrent diet, and when I opened Keto in an Instant, I did notice the two are very similar. If you're wondering what the Keto Diet + Vegan Low Carb is about, then you won't go wrong purchasing this audiobook. The recipes I made were absolutely delightful.The recipes and instructions are very easy to understand and follow. I am in the process of trying several of these. Easy to understand

I have lost about 20 pounds on this diet and I feel great! I'm now able to fit clothes that I haven't been able to wear since before having my 4 kids and I have abs!!! Not only has working with Tay helped me aesthetically, his holistic approach has helped me with my overall health (internally, mentally, emotionally, spiritually & financially). Not vegan?

Contains recipes including meat, eggs and dairy although it does occasionally talk about being vegan keto. Don't understand?! Waste of time.

Fascinated

I have been fascinated by the idea of going keto and vegan since past two years but I was not sure about going keto or vegan, but after listening to this audiobook, I think I might try keto as well as vegan for at least 30 days as this audiobook presents a good diet plan, I think this must just be the right time for trying keto.

It is not vegan

Dairy is included which is not vegan. The ladies voice that narrates is nice however.
