IM RETURNING IT!

I bought this book because it stated it came with a PDF. I think a book with recipes should have a PDF because I am not going to search for a recipe on an audiobook, that's just a waste of time. I began to listen to the book and it seemed informative but I wanted to print the PDF so i had it but when i searched for it, it was not an option.
in the introduction it clearly states it comes with a PDF. I have many books that come with one so I know where to pull it from unfortunately it is not available so i'm not going to waste my time or money on this book, i am returning it today.

This book is so great and I so love on how it was audio. This book crams a lot of helpful science-based information about intermittent fasting into a quick easy listen. Perfect for beginners. As someone who is familiar with intermittent fasting, I still learned a lot.

Originally I borrowed this book from our audible. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. This book is a great beginner's guide to Intermittent Fasting for weight loss. And I'll tell you from my own experience, once you try intermittent fasting earnestly, you'll wonder why more people aren't doing it! I love it! Thank you!

I love this book

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. It also touches specifically on the major topics of how fasting affects women, which I find it all interesting without having to run to google all the time. It is a good read with useful practices which can be implemented fairly easily.
