Easy Starter.

A good listen and seems to be a good way to get started on the Keto way if eating. From this audio book you will learn about what the keto diet is, the benefits of it for you, why meal prepping is a good idea and much more. This audio book is great for beginners. We have tried several recipes and they are great. nothing crazy to buy. Highly recommended.

This audio book provides all the info to begin Keto diet. Very impressed with the details. It includes menus and shopping lists. This diet will change your life. Very impressed with the details.

This audio book is fantastic. I really enjoyed reading this as I start my journey with the keto diet. I’m a reader and it was super easy for me to learn all about this way of eating through this audio book. Lots of good information and it’s easy to understand which I think is very important! I love this audio book. Great recipes and information for anyone beginning the keto way of eating. All these recipes are very useful in loosing weight .If anyone wants to live a healthy life and wants to loose his/her weight ,he/she must have this audio book!
