Lots of wonderful info to sort through

Lots of wonderful info to sort through. Working my way through it slowly. Looks very helpful so far. More info than another beginner's book I purchased. Recipes look so good, too! So many paths to help choose the right one for lifestyle and goals and sample meal and shopping plans...I also spot explanation on issues than can occur with keto, travelling and shopping guides as well. Looking forward to getting help from this book in making this huge lifestyle change!

Perfect Keto Resource!!

There is a wealth of information in this book! I highly recommend this for long time Paleo Primal folk and those new to Low Carb High Fat! The graphics are wondering and the organization of information is superb!

Absolutely love this book! So many options to go Keto. I have Alzheimer's disease runs in my family. Just starting the diet. Love all of the charts and easy recipes, as well.

This book is essential for starting a healthy diet

This book is essential for starting a Ketogenic Diet. Author writes it so that is easy to navigate and helpful tips especially for women. Not a lot of books are geared toward a woman's approach at Keto. I have sent this to my Father and a good friend as gifts. So far I am feeling great and am already down 5 pounds in two weeks. I would highly recommend The Keto Diet to anyone struggling with health related issues.

This book is mega-thorough

Love this book, got it at the library and decided I buy one. The author share how she got to Keto which is interesting, but I like that she takes a lot of individualized approaches to Ketogenic diet to fit with your own situation. She explains much of the science behind ketogenesis, how and why it works. If you need weekly meal planning complete with shopping lists, she has this for you too. Though i don't like to cook, but I have tried some of the recipes, they are really easy and good!

This the cream of the crop

This is by far the best book on keto living. It contains A LOT of information, the graphics are very well done, and it acknowledges what so few keto programs do--that every body is different and that yes, keto can be adjusted for the individual. The goal of author's keto program is more centered around on healing the body and finding what works for your lifestyle, which I find refreshing and exactly what I was looking for.

Great book

I am veggie lover and have attempted to go keto previously and flopped because of absence of data. Before buying I informed the creator and inquired as to whether there were veggie lover plans other than "sweet or bite type" nourishment and she disclosed to me that 42% of the plans were either vegetarian or had an alternative to be made vegetarian. I LOVE this book!

This book has done overcome my expectations

This audible book was extremely instructive. The author well information share in this book. I am fully satisfied with this book. I would prefer to suggest this audio-book to all interested newbies.
