Written and read for idiots
This book makes me feel like i am talked to like an idiot.
Very unprecise and using phrases that are so common and so many times used before that it insults the listener's intelligence.
Also very one sided focused on animal protein.
Considering that most meat and even fish comes from animal-factories, I would prefer more options.
Pretty much a complete waste of money.
