Great recipes and ideas.

it's informative and guides listener in the nice direction by giving recipes and the shopping lists to go with the ingredients each meal requires. Most recipes seem to be really simple to make :)

I actually have completed the first week and prepped the second week. As someone new to keto, this audiobook became helpful. Some of the recipes weren't for me but there were lots of alternatives to sub them with.

GREAT AUDIOBOOK

Very true, smooth to observe. I'm on week 1 and it is an excellent guide line to help you follow. Once you have got the grasp of it you may without difficulty add or change recipes. Shopping list is remarkable has everything you want, down to equipment and cooking wear. I love it!

Good purchase

I really like this book the recipes are really simple , very simple recipes to appeal to several tastes nothing exotic , if you want an exotic cookbook this is not for you , it gives options for slow cookers in some recipes and tells you how the items can or cannot be frozen after making them . Good purchase
