GREAT AUDIOBOOK

Very true, smooth to observe. I'm on week 1 and it is an excellent guide line to help you follow. Once you have got the grasp of it you may without difficulty add or change recipes. Shopping list is remarkable has everything you want, down to equipment and cooking wear. I love it!

The best book

I started the keto diet a month ago as a start-up for an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. I started a traditional keto
diet that included dairy products and, while doing everything right, I knew that I would have to cut dairy
products sometimes when I followed a carbohydrate-rich diet and looked for options. At the same time, I was
on Keto (and not crazy)).
