very informative and easy to fol

I bought both the audio and the hardcover and I definitely prefer the audio more. I personally found it a bit hard to understand and follow but I eventually got there!

It is a very good, well audio

I like the book and recipes are pretty good. Got me started on this great diet with good explanation of what needs to happen and how it works, then I looked for a nice additional recipe book now that I’m 4 months in.

Very informative

I love that there are different paths of Keto to follow. I can’t tolerate dairy very well and every other Keto book has too much dairy. I had tried other Keto programs and became frustrated and failed. Thanks Aiden for your awesomeness!

Great Comprehensive Keto Guide!

Extremely thorough guide to the Keto Reset along with plenty of recipes to get you going. I just wish there was a “quick start guide” or a section that summarizes the most important parts. Listening all of this at once is overwhelming and I didn’t retain much. I have to keep going back and re-listening.

Explains the science and biology behind ketogenice

As my first foray into exploring what ketogenic eating and lifestyle is all about, it helped a lot to listen deeply into the science of the human body, how it functions. Having a baseline understanding of the biology behind the opposing fuels of glucose and ketones makes it much easier to sift and weigh all the other advice.

You need this book

Truly incredible. I started on my Ketogenic journey late last year. I researched and studied days and weeks on end educating myself on this way of eating. This book was mentioned in a podcast (perfec tketo) I listen to frequently and I was curious.

Must have Keto book!!

Must have for my Keto way of life. The benefits of eating this way have been huge for me. I've followed the Aiden's from the beginning which was a year ago. My health has improved and I've dropped 30# so far. Meeting Aiden in person just solidified what a down to earth and caring person she is.
