Vegan Means No Animal Products

Why is the book suggesting i order a cheese plate if I’m still hungry or add butter or heavy cream to my coffee? This is supposed to be a vegan keto book.

I love this audiobook.

Perfect book. Delicious recipes! It really helped me understand how to attain ketosis with a vegan diet. Not sure if I’m on the ketosis band bandwagon but appreciate the low carb options.

Excellent Cookbook

This is an amazing book about keto vegan. If you really think that eating meat and salad with a little oil is the only way to get closer to the model of a ketogenic diet, then you must listen to this book. Well, explain by the author. I highly recommended this book.

Such an excellent audiobook

Keto Vegan, I like the combination of a keto and a vegetarian diet. And also a lot of recipes for a slow cooker and instant pot. Thanks to this diet, I can maintain my weight in the norm and be healthy at the same time.

I believe that it's crucial on Keto Vegan Cookbook of basic pointers for all If you have to you can pick up from this book. At that point, you can buy this book. This book explained the stray pieces and the High Fat, Low Carb Everyday Keto Recipes. Anticipating endeavoring immense quantities of these. I would recommend it.

I listen to this book with big interest. This is really an excellent book. This book helped demystify it for me and give me some good recipes that use it. Love this book so much.
