Nice!

Lots of good recipes and a good beginners guide to what keto actually is. All the recipes I've tried turned out tasty! It give wonderful information to get newbies prepared to change their lifestyle to vegetarian keto. The meals look fairly easy to make without a lot of exotic ingredients! I highly recommended this book!

Great listen!

This book is filled with lots of vegetarian recipes to enjoy a healthy keto diet. I have found the book very much in detail about the nutrients and how to fulfill the need with supplementary vegan ingredients. I still find this book worthy as it provides me new ideas and strategies to rearrange my diet and make it perfect for my lifestyle. I am definitely suggesting this book to every beginner as well as other keto followers.

Very good book!

Good recipes and a good beginners guide to what keto actually is. I eat meat but have been incorporating more veggies into my keto lifestyle and this book has given me amazing recipes. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions. I highly recommended this book!

Don't even look through these keto recipes

I was more than skeptical about ketogenic diet (especially the vegetarian one) because everyone knows that keto meals are mostly the tasteless ones. After following the one for over a year now it's been a hard task to do - to switch to some new way of eating. Te fact is the recipes in this cookbook are really, really good. and you'll be able to see that.
