terrible book and very uninformed even outright wr

when they recommend eating red potatoes which are white potatoes white rice Etc these are the absolute worst things on a keto diet. I'm really surprised and appalled that anybody recommended this book and if they did they knew nothing about the keto diet don't bother

Great diet plan

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. If you want to start keto diet then this book is for you. Book has clear guidelines on what to do and not to do to get desired results of this method. A very helpful book. I highly recommend this good book.

This is a great book if you do not know that much about fasting and the benefits of fasting. This book helped me to understand how to fast successfully. The author is very candid about her entire weight loss journey! If you are wanting to begin or even debating read or listen this book first!

awesome audiobook

I just started keto with a friends help because doctor says over weight And my blood pressure stays up I am pre-diabetic and hypertension so just started water pills but, I’m glad to read before I make myself sick that there is a book for over 50...so now restart. Wish there was a grocery list included.
