Weight mastery is possible with author technique

It does make sense now the journey begins. Already losing weight before the hypnosis has started. I am eating healthy while reducing my carbs . I've also b started taking the stairs at work every day. In total I've lost 9 lbs in 5 weeks which is slow and steady and the healthiest way to go.
