Nice to Hear.

Wow! This book has everything you need to be successful on the keto diet. The author gives you tons of information on the keto diet and getting started. There are so many wonderful recipes including breakfast, dinner, fat bomb, snack and dessert recipes. This also discusses intermittent fasting. I feel that including the intermittent fasting has really helped me be successful.

I really don't understand all of the great reviews

The narrator has a very strong accent and it is lovely but she speaks very quickly. The information in this book is very basic and includes several chapters of recipes, which is not great on an audio book.

Misinformation - out of date informaton

This book made me feel quite annoyed i stopped listening to it.

Keto will not stop you getting cancer.
Saturated fat has been proven not to cause heart disease
