A competent introduction to the keto lifestyle. It's a good place to start, but as you dig into this way of eating, readers will quickly out grow the content provided. The recipes are easy and edibale, but nothing that cannot be found online.

I have found this book to be very helpful with following the keto diet. The only thing that I do not like is the recipes in the book tells you how many servings are in the recipe but not what a single serving size is.

I know a bit about the ketogenic diet and this book (actual3 books in 1) is by far the best I’ve ever seen. The guides go into great detail about what to eat and not to eat, how to tell if you are succeeding, and what to know to be successful.

This is an excellent book. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with less ailments. My doctors were finally pleased with my progress. I'm ordering another recipe book so as to keep having choices to keep on this diet.

This book was a great book to get me started on a Keto diet. Went from 232 to 174 lbs. The author encouraged use of healthy fats. The keto diet does take a leap of faith, you must be fully committed. Recommend you read the theory and find some recipes to get started. Beware you may get Keto Flu starting out, be prepared for this.

I like the book, but the ingredient lists are very daunting with many obscure hard to find things listed. She keeps talking about not wanting to “count calories or macros” due to stress, but it’s stressful just thinking about the grocery list.
