Fun with your good pal Belphegor!

Solid dark story telling with some pretty graphic and unsettling descriptions. Couldn't help but cringe at times.

Holy Moly Mother Mary!!!

What the fudge did I just read?!?!
My gahhhh… that was BRUTAL AS FU€K!!!!
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when choosing this book to read, and to be completely honest… I’m really frickin’ happy that I didn’t have a clue…. 😅
I was super tense the entire read and absolutely disgusted! You know, all those things that you want to feel when reading horror.
Left To You is fast paced and in your face!! It’s a top-notch, cringe-worthy Horror story and I’m really looking forward to reading more of Volpe’s work!!

Historical fiction mixed with partly extreme horror

It was a wild ride! If you try to explain this book in a nutshell it would be impossible or people would react like „ yeah that sounds like super weird no thanks.“ it really is worth the read. All the auschwitz parts were pretty true to what really happened and that really impressed me. And then the guy who reds the audiobook! OMG! He is the best! There is one scene where he speaks in demon voice and then the mom voice and then just back and forth kind of a medley. It was insane!! Buy the book!

What a great book and Audible!

WOW! I loved it! This is my first book by Daniel and I will be purchasing manyyy more! I actually have the physical copy (signed..don't be too jealous lol), but figured I'd buy the audible so I can listen to it in the car and read it at home. The audible was soooo well acted out that I didn't even want to read it at home! The voices were done perfectly and I love how the chapters were announced. I really enjoyed how he added the Holocaust into the story. A perfect percentage of the book was devoted to that portion. It was done so well that I could have read a whole book just about that by him. The characters were great and the visual of the demon was definitely there lol. He described him so well that it made me cringe! Did I mention how well the narrator portrayed each character?! lol The demon especially! This was definitely a 5 star book. 5 stars for Daniel and 5 stars for the narration! I cant wait to read Talia! Jessica Richardson is definitely a Rabid Reader 🙌

Horror junkie APPROVED!!

Man I love Daniel Volpe. His writing is so graphic and detailed. I’m a horror junkie and this book was exactly my preferred genre of choice. It was vivid and suspenseful but the story was so deep. It makes you question, how far would you go for the ones you love? Highly recommend this read for any of my fellow horror lovers. This was my first Volpe book! Can’t wait to read more. 5 stars!!!

I wasn't ready for *gestures mildly* all of this.

Well this book took a turn I was not expecting. A good, intriguing story! It kind of felt like you were reading two different books looking back from beginning to end, but still a good read.

Great fun to listen to story if you are into this kind of literature. But the dudes voice had me cracking up a few times and he yells every chapter number.
