Get this book!

A book written by a person that managed to rise above. More than once! Lessons to be learned, Life, yoga, food, meditation. You name it. Taught by such a positive person. Helpful in so many ways. Thank you for writing this Koya. I also need to say that aside from the love and helpfulness this book breathes, I love listening to her voice.

Lovely& uplifting book

I just finished this book and keen to read/ hear it again!

Koya is very sweet and I appreciate her honesty in her journey. She draws upon relatable experiences for everyone to get onto the journey of self love and acceptance and more importantly, focusing on fears. I love how it is targeted to everyone. The tools this book gives are ones that I have not found in other mainstream legendary ones and kudos to her for identifying that and filling in the gap!
She gives an all-rounded guide for self care, wellness, love and overcoming challenges. Even if you are a yogui for many years or eat well and exercise regularly, this will give you an all-round guide of things to keep in mind to stay on track, from self discipline to massage and affirmations.

Really this to me is like an encyclopaedia of self love and care. Highly recommend it to everyone looking to improve themselves.

Thank you Koya for addressing the most challenging part of positive thinking, in facing fear and trauma and giving tools to overcome it.

Magnificent!

From this book I learned my morning routine and much much more helpful tips for life! I loved Koyas authentic voice and story, she really speaks from the bottom of her beautiful heart. ❤️

I loved pretty much all this book! (Altough I think there are also other great options to eat well, not only plant based diet.) ❤️
