Publisher's Summary
The new best seller guaranteed to break your heart - and bring you joy....
Her three girls were her world. It was time to let them know.
To sisters Bea, Jeannie and Rose, the death of their beloved childhood nanny is a devastating loss. As the girls grew up, Nanny May had become so much more to them all: confidante, advocate, comforter, friend. In whom will they confide their hopes, fears and failures now she has gone? Especially now each sister needs a mother's wisdom more than ever....
Martha cannot understand why her daughters are so upset about losing their childhood nanny. Yes, Martha was always in demand as a busy midwife, but that doesn't mean she loved her own children any less. But why don't the girls realise that? And has she left it too late to let them know?

Really enjoyed listening to this story. The storyline was interesting, very uplifting. The performance or the reader very well presented each character and expressed emotions in a very good, colourful way. Thank you.

Absolutely Gorgeous
In memory of Emma Hannigan. RIP
Throughly enjoyed this book. One of best stories I’ve heard about a dysfunctional family arrangement. Left me want to keep listening to see what was going to happen next.

Oedipal much!
Mother character Martha dreadfully demonised: father and nanny reified. Idealistic, magical solutions. Strongly materialistic undertones.

If you can get through the start...
If you can get though the start of this story it turned out to be a enjoyable one.
Hated the mother in this story. What a self I indulgent pig but the others were amazing.
Think we would all love a Nanny May.
