Buddhist insights

This was a meaningful listen at the end of the day. A reminder to decrease my attachment. And be more accepting of mistakes and things that have gone astray. I would recommend it as part of a meditation or centering practice.

Kudos

I can hardly think of a better way to get off my working days on the right foot. It's become a helpful habit, which makes me feel better, more concentrated and aware each and every single day.

Calming and on-point

The content is somewhat come in just time in need. Struggling with letting go things I felt that I need to control. This content is keeping me grounded and reminded me again and again of what trully matters. Everyday is a new battle.

Just what I needed to hear

I had been in an abusive relationship that I have been carrying with me for many yrs.
I'm trying so hard to let go-this book gave me a different perspective.

Lovely winding down play

I played this as I was getting ready to sleep and it didn’t disappoint since I’m going through a healing season myself 💖

Not so interesting

Have been listening to Yung Pueblo audio books today and this one is not as interesting as the first few audio books. The content and narrations both have something amiss.

Loved it!

The narrator's voice is calming. Narrator's tempo perfect. I could have listened to this over and over in one sitting. Probably will.
