Publisher's Summary

Build seven habits to destroy laziness and unlock the secrets for extreme productivity.

How many times have you caught yourself lying in bed, watching TV, scrolling your phone, or just chilling and doing nothing?

Trust me. I know how it feels like. Often, it looks like you want to do something, but your body just doesn’t respond, and at the end of the day, you start your mental self-destruction process because you haven’t done anything productive - and that is the first stage of super-laziness most people have to overcome.

The second stage is what I call unproductive work - that can be when you are doing something or “trying” to do something, but the process is very slow, and distractions usually overpower your plans and desires.

The third stage is advanced concentration and self-control - when you already have what takes to get rid of all distractions, and your attention is only on the work you are going. But still, you have to go beyond that and do that work in the shortest period possible.

There are way more components in between that you have to master and climb up the stairs of attaining advanced productivity and self-control. And throughout this book bundle, I will help you master all of them.

Here are a few more things you will discover:

  • Basic rules for laziness and productivity management
  • The most common distraction you have to avoid in your daily life
  • 80/20 rule - build balance and harmony in your life
  • Minimalistic lifestyle choices you should make for productivity improvement
  • The dangers of multitasking - learn how to manage them
  • Three vital components of extreme concentration and productivity
  • Steps to set priorities and goals
  • Practical meditation and breathing exercises for uncontrolled moments
  • Much much more...

And it doesn’t matter at what stage of laziness or productivity you are at right now - this book will give you the tools and strategies to climb at a very top of your potential.

Now, it is your turn to take action. Scroll up, click on “buy now”, and unlock the power of your true potential!

Few good ideas, poor examples, horrible narration

I have been searching for information and tools to not only try to be the best version of myself, but to also be able to help my kids be the best version of themselves through learning and understanding common barriers like laziness however I don't think I was able to get the most out of this book bc of the horrible narration. After I purchased this audiobook, I went back to read the reviews as this book has a 5 star rating. I noticed something odd. All of the reviews are written in the same writing style and a lot of them are posted on the same date! Advice, please listen to the sample and read the reviews

Overall I enjoyed this book very much. What you must know going into it is that the author talks a lot about pseudo science which might lose some readers.

Good information

Especially on multitasking and the work sprint information. The setting goals, and prioritization information is also good.

Excellent book!

The process of letting go is a simple one, not meaning that it is all that easy, but a simple on nonetheless. It works, it works, it works.

Must needed.

Letting Go helps one do just that! I am grateful for this book! The ego, and all of its destructive behaviors that come with it, is truly the enemy of "being".

It feels reassuring.

I've read a few chapters over and over because it resonated something at the time. I'll continue to read parts of it, when needed.

Overall is good book.

Overall I liked the book, if you can call it that. It feels more like a collection of letters by different authors on how to overcome a breakup. Akin to listening to people's testimonies at a dedicated meeting.
