Self esteem work for women
This book in my opinion, is similar to Girl Wash Your Face and You're a Badass. Easy to follow and listen to. I would have loved more information and details from the author on how to connect with our vulnerabilities to build up our confidence. Excellent use of personal stories to connect with readers. It is a fantastic guide for women on how to build and maintain her confidence.

Full of positive advice that we all need reminding of. surround yourself with people who you want to reflect your own self, people who will boost you. and be the person that they want to be around. I'll be listening to this again.

Just wonderful - very personable
Fueling, boosting and downright motivating to believe in you as you. I listened to it every night and went to bed feeling so alive. Cara talks to the listener which I love.
