Great book

I like examples in this book, for example, how women treat body and concern healths. Biological debt idea that need to paid later, give us warning about living healthy in future…. fix and eat properly now then no need to reply on hospital and medical care

If you are 50 or over, you will love this!

Amazing, a lot of educational weight loss info packed into this audiobook. It covers all these questions that sometimes no one seems to have the answer for regarding how to lose weight when you have gone through the physiological change that the 50’s brings, excellent!!

super informative book with recipes

This is an awesome guide for women over 50 who are challenged with losing weight. It does a great job laying out all the necessary details and the reasoning behind why intermittent fasting works. I especially love the recipes in the book. Highly recommend!

Great Guide

I fully enjoyed this audio book. I thought everything was well laid out and researched. I also enjoyed the narrators voice.

Besides what the overall intermittent fasting is, how to use and implement it, I found the tools provided very helpful. I am also one who really struggles to drink enough water in my day so I found that section to be insightful and excited to work on that area to improve my life.

I love this book - excellent!

My diet roller coaster has been going on for years, losing weight and then gaining it back. My unhealthy lifestyle needed a solution, and I believe this is it. I found a journal related to intermittent fasting as a companion to this audiobook, and I am considering purchasing the paperback.

My cardiologist said he and his wife began intermittent fasting a few years ago because they were overweight. Their blood work has improved since he lost weight. He suggested I needed to do this as well as it would be a healthy choice for my heart.

Everyone should own the audiobook, and it is well worth the money.

Finally a no-nonsense guide to weight loss!

After years of trying various dietary trends and shake diets, I am thrilled to have found intermittent fasting. As shown in this book, it is so simple and easy to fit into any lifestyle. I have been doing it loosely for a while now and have seen results, in both weight loss and gut health. This listen provides a healthy approach to fasting to promote one's health, and with full consideration of other lifestyle and health factors. I thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend a listen.

This book will teach you how to do the intermittent fasting diet. By restricting eating to certain hours only, and fasting during the balance of the day, the author states you health will improve while losing weight.
I mostly appreciate the part dedicated to taking care of the body where you're 50. There are also a lot of benefits well explained in doing this diet. Different methods to do intermittent fasting will help you to find your way.

Intermittent fasting has so much potential!

So many people jump on the bandwagon without having a real understanding of how to fast intermittently properly. This book is a comprehensive guide with guidance on the right cycles to choose and exercises to match. I like the chapter on snacks which for me personally is a struggle. I have fasted before but, I wasn't eating correctly or getting enough electrolytes to sustain myself and I made myself quite ill. So I am very thankful for the author's wealth of knowledge. Even if you have tried fasting before like me, the tips and advice in this book are invaluable and needs to be listened to! & the questions section at the end of the book was an added bonus too! Great listen!

Feeling healthier through intermittent fasting

Fasting is part of many culture. You know why? Because it's beneficial for your health. This book is good complete guide to intermittent fasting. The author suggested different fasting routines you can try to figure which one works best for you. I like that the author talked about electrolyte as many people can have electrolyte imbalance when they are fasting, which causing them to feel worse during fasting. Moreover, the book provides various recipes that compliment your fasting strategy. IMO the biggest tip in this book is the chapter on how to properly combine keto diet to fasting to help your body working at optimal to lose weight Fasting + Keto diet is a huge shock to your body if you are not used to fasting and/or have been on bad diet. Always slow transition into intermittent fasting and keto diet so you don't experience negative effects.

Very Soothing and Peaceful Listen

This audiobook gives advice on healthy living and has a great foundational program to not only manage weight loss but to live a longterm lifestyle for better health (especially for women over 50). It even gave useful information regarding the process on how to achieve weight loss. Although this is specifically for women over 50, the concepts can be applied to any one and overall it's engaging and it's an educational listen.

Loved it!

Amazing tips tricks and insight . It really is an all inclusive guide, filled with so much information covering the intermittent fasting from A to Z. I especially enjoyed the recipes and exercises since I am at home full time. I feel motivated and ready to implement all that I have learned. Great narration as well.

A great weight loss method!

I got this for my relative and it will be a fantastic resource for weight loss! Intermittent fasting is simply powerful and holds so much benefits for your body but it has to be done right, with the help of this book you won't get lost on your way to learning and understanding how you can be involved in this activity! It brushes on advantages and disadvantages so you're better informed and aware of the topic. The realistic goals that you can make are well explained as well. The narration was well done that makes the information easy to absorb. I give this 5 stars!

Great weight-loss solution

I had heard of intermittent fasting but didn't really know a lot about it. This book provided me with all the answers and gave me ideas about how to proceed with using intermittent fasting to lose weight. This book has a lot of good information and even includes recipes I can use and exercises I can do at home. It's a complete package. I recommend this book.
