it's about intention

This book shows what can happen when unwavering intention merges with a comprehensive method. Focused on self-awareness and visualization as the anchors of the program, the author proposes keys to rehabilitation for someone who's "let themselves go" a bit

Great book for every woman discovering her true fe

I loved the book!!! Comprehensive, detailed and easy to listen, the book covers tips and advice on anything from make-up to meditation. It's a must-listen for women in their 30s and even forties. Very rarely, have I listen a book that packs so much information right from the history of feminism, its phases, the cultural settings and how they impact womanhood. Great listen. Thank you for doing the work for us.

My quick reference guide!!

Loved listening these 3 books in one complete volume! This guide is great and now I have everything in one place too! It's educational especially about the roots of feminism and it is great to see a book which covers the issues that women face today! There is so much crammed into these books, so much great advice. I love the section on makeup a the do's and don'ts of building a successful relationship, the self love and being confident in who you are! Love, love, love it! My go to guide when I need to freshen up my relationship, love the ideas about keeping it fresh. Great set of books 5* and I would definitely recommend, if you are needing a little help in being you!!

STOP PROCRASTINATING & JUST BUY IT

Absolutely loved this book! In the beginning it talks about the history of women and how much we fought to get to where we are today but as the story unfolds it goes into detail of the importance of women’s feminism and how we carry ourself as well as how to have a healthy and happy relationship with your partner. If you have been waiting to get this book because you’re just not sure, this is your sign. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 stars !

A fun audiobook

I liked how this book weaves the history of the feminist movement with the protagonist’s journey to find balance in her life. I could relate to her struggle in juggling a career and relationship. We get a closer look at some of the choices women make when seeking a life partner. This book is filled with great advice on how to beautify yourself and build a long-term relationship.

Some good advise

Some good advise in this book for women in their 30s who have not yet accomplished the goal of having a healthy and growing relationship. I liked the chapter about loving your own self, thus the 4 stars. Other than that, I think the book has a lot of repetition in its narrative, and am not sure about the style of how the advise given in this book is represented.

Great!

A fun listen and very captivating with so many real issues that many females go through. So many interesting facts I didn't know before. Once you start reading, you won't stop until you finish. That's how it was with me. Straight to the point on all levels, Bravo!

Good Pondering Points

I loved the message that you need to be your best self in order to have a good relationship. I know a lot of people who act like their marriages are all about 'their' needs, and never that of their spouses. I never did get that. I've always wanted to be the person my person deserves to have love him. I'm lucky that it works the other way around, too -- Maybe because of my efforts to be the best person for him, he reciprocates.
A lot of food for thought in this woman's journey. I've noticed some of the reviews seem resentful about the focus on weight. I don't see that as a problem. It is an issue, whether it is health related, self-consciousness related, or attractiveness related--no matter how much you want to demand it is not an issue of attractiveness, IT IS!
Worth the read. (and doesn't read like your typical self-help book)

This book is an excellent occasion for self-reflec

Elena Miro’s book—a guide for women—is as well a wonderful guide for men, too. I am a man, a father of two daughters and a clinical psychologist. This book seeks a paradigm shift back to what’s underlying and genuine in a women’s nature. It’s not so bad to focus on beautifying oneself; it’s not bad to be feminine and sexy; it’s not bad to reveal the deepest expressions of femininity. The book acts like a powerful validator, but shaper, of women.

In a well-paced, rich flow of deep thought, and continually building the larger context of the history of feminine progress with solid information, authentic self-love and overcoming any wounds to it, is the goal for women. There are specific lessons in applying makeup and buying clothing. There are very specific recommendations about what you do and what you don’t do in a healthy relationship. Being real, self-knowing, expressive and alive to life and loved-ones are the be all. Very good modeling in this eloquent book.

Excellent!!!!

This book was exactly what I needed at this point and time in my life. Honestly, I can relate on so many levels and I wish I had learned many of these lessons much sooner but everything is in God’s timing. Thank you to the author for being so transparent on these pages.

Good book

I was drawn in by the cover and this book is an interesting read. Helped me to learn more about feminity from a woman’s perspective. It’s well written and easy to listen to follow the ideas. I would have liked to see more practical steps to take and cited resources. Still a good listen.
