I lost 5 pounds already

It’s been a week since I started my journey with this diet, and these are my results so far:
I lost 5 pounds of body weight, first few days felt a little exhausting, and I was hungry, but in about 3 days times, everything was fine, and not I began enjoying this lifestyle more than anything I tried before. And believe me, I tried a lot of different diets, trainers and exercise programs.

Really smooth and insightful audiobook

One of the best things about this audiobook is its sound quality. Both books are narrated really well and this helped vastly to transfer that important information
Talking about content inside the book, I must say that it was definitely an interesting read. I did not agree with all the facts but most of the strategies made a lot of sense.
Paleo diet is a completely new field for me, As I have never tried it before, but overall, it feels great to learn something new and even possibly use that information in the future.
Anyway, I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to lose weight fast and keep it and to get healthier at the same time!

Petersons figured it out

It’s funny that both of these authors have very similar and almost identical last names. May that helped them to connect these books together. Anyway, I think that what they’ve done here is great and this information can help many people lose those ugly pounds and finally get healthy.

Low carb diet for weight loss

I think that if you choose any of these diets, they both are going to work for you. It's just that you want to choose which one is a better fit so you can stick to it long-term and get the maximum benefits. Highly recommend!

Definitely worth the time

I have to make this clear – I was never a fan of low-carb diets. I love my fruits, pasta, hamburgers with bun and other great things, but you know what? This book has changed my attitude.
Not only because it made so much sense while I was reading, but more so because of the weight loss possibilities you can't achieve with any other diet out there. Truly amazing!

Practical and Logical

This book discusses the low-carb benefits dieting can give you, and they made a lot of sense to me. This book is a good start for people who have been struggling with weight loss in the past and want to try something that will look and feel differently.
Low can dieting makes you feel lighter and more energetic – the were two main things I was looking for when I downloaded this book.

Tons of Good information

I have read this book multiple times, and I will probably read it a couple more just because of how much valuable information there is. These authors literally lay down every secret on Low Carb Diet and Advice on how to get the most out of them in the shortest time possible.

Very beneficial (50 pounds!)

There were at least 7 benefits that related to my husband and to me. We started this diet journey together, and our goal is to lose 50 pounds combined. After reading this book, I believe we can make it in less than 60 days… Let’s do it!

Recommend keto book

Out of both of these low-carb eating approaches, I would choose the Keto Diet because I feel like some fruits in the Paleo diet are too high in sugar, and I just don't feel right while eating them.
Anyway, that's just my recommendation you don't need to follow.

Why such a combination?

I am not sure why the author chose these two books, but probably because he wanted us to compare the two and pick the more suitable one. I already started with Keto Diet, what about you?
