I am excited to try every single recipe!

This is the first audio cookbook that I have come across where I am excited to try every single recipe! I am not really dieting, and luckily these recipes do not taste like "diet food" in the least. They are full of flavor and freshness and, in typical fashion. I really love it.

This book brought awesome achievements

So I think this is a massive audible book for me. How to lower your risk of getting cancer or heart disease. This informative cookbook made it easier for me to transition from a regular vegan eating plan to a vegan-ketogenic eating plan

Extremely Prescribed Book

I liked this audiobook and would advise it to anyone who needs such type of information. Even if you aren't vegan or even vegetarian, but are tired of eating meat, cheese, and eggs for every meal, and want to add more veggies to your diet.

High Praise for Vegan Cookbook for Beginners

This audio book provides versatile and easy-to-implement methods for preparing great meals, from snacks to main dishes. The coconut fudge and baked sweet potato chips are far superior to anything I’ve ever purchased in a store. Good Intro to Low Carb Vegan Recipes

I’m too much of a carnivore to ever go vegan, but if I were to pursue veganism, I’d consult this introductory cookbook. It explains the health, philosophical, and environmental reasons for adopting and how to transition to a vegan diet and the differences between veganism and vegetarianism.

A great foundation for a vegan diet!

The recipes look great and the audio book has some great information on vegan-ism. It is more than just recipes and suggested replacements for eggs. Actually it was more info than I expected, but in a very good way because what you really need to know is presented to you.

The best change you make for your health

There's a lot to learn in this audio book not only about the vegan lifestyle but also about meat-eating habits and its pitfalls. Vegan Cookbook for Beginners contains information about vegan diet and a good number of vegan recipes. The introduction includes description of the diet and the second part contains vegan recipes.
