Don’t trust the high rating!
Barely got past the first book with horrible narration and mixing up concepts. 2nd book is pure code recital which doesnt lend itself to audio very well. Oh, and why did the author not tell the narrator that SciPy is NOT pronounced ”Sky Pee”???
Returning it.

Reading code in audio book?
The beginners version is good and informative. My problem is with the audio book for intermediate and advanced books, as they he starts to read the code line-by-line! Are you going to learn ML and programming by just the code read to you?
The book itself is okay, but having a code read to you gives you nothing! You cannot follow, the logic, and even write that down in a Python script and run it.
I do not know what they were thinking when they were reading an hour of code with all the syntax! Will never learn programming or an algorithm by listening to a code being read to you! Ever!

It has become a universal truth that businesses are full of data. It can easily be seen that the value of big data lies in the analysis and processing of that data, and that’s where data science comes in. Data scientists are changing the way big data is used in different institutions. Big data is everywhere, but without the right person to interpret it, it means nothing. The use of data science adds a lot of value to businesses, and we will continue to see the need for data scientists grow.

Story
It has become a universal truth that businesses are full of data. It can easily be seen that the value of big data lies in the analysis and processing of that data, and that’s where data science comes in. Data scientists are changing the way big data is used in different institutions. Big data is everywhere, but without the right person to interpret it, it means nothing. The use of data science adds a lot of value to businesses, and we will continue to see the need for data scientists grow.

Story
Simply put, machine learning is about teaching machines to think and make decisions as we would. The difference between the way machines learn and the way we do is that while for the most part we learn from experiences, machines learn from data. Starting from scratch, Python Machine Learning explains how this happens, how machines build their experience and compounding knowledge. Data forms the core of machine learning because within data lie truths whose depths exceed our imagination.

Story
You are about to enter into the new and exciting world of machine learning with Python! Imagine being able to make software, programs, or applications that don’t require constant input from you or other users to produce a specific output. Just think of the possibilities with a tool that’s capable of self-learning and adjusting what it does based on what it learns. I’m talking of the way platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, and others are able to learn user behavior and preferences then giving suggestions to users based on their unique preferences.
