great little overview

Would have liked more detail in the pdf, but the audio book was a great little overview -- something quicknto ground me in the midst of a convoluted project. Will buy the ebook and/or print book.

Content good, narrator dull

This was my first introduction to formal project management training. I found the content and detail pitched correctly for what this audio book was supposed to achieve. Listening to the narrator made it difficult to continue focus with some sections due to the monotone. I would suggest having a couple of narrators and taking sections, at least there would be some pitch changes.

this is for managing sucessful business project.

I am student and was expecting a book on student projects. This is about finishing business projects. I didn't find the book entertaining but it has some valuable insights. Always treat your employees with a nice lunch after sucess.

Overly basic

This is like an introduction to project management concepts with no depth. I'm disappointed.

Great Concise Guide on PM

Recommend this as a refresher or review of high level steps in the project management cycle - particularly for the unofficial project manager - with some examples thrown in to help flesh out a few of the concepts. If you are after more detail you'll need to look elsewhere but if you need a quick overview then listen to this.

A good intro

A good into to project management. doesn't delve too deep into any particular aspect, but provides a good overview
