Publisher's Summary

From author and psychotherapist Dr. Brian Weiss comes the classic New York Times best seller on the true case of the past-life therapy that changed the lives of both the prominent psychiatrist and young patient involved - now featuring a new afterword by the author.

As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from the “space between lives”, which contained remarkable revelations about Dr. Weiss’ family and his dead son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career. With more than one million copies in print, Many Lives, Many Masters is one of the breakthrough texts in alternative psychotherapy and remains as provocative and timeless as it was when first published.

Difficult to keep up with

I had such high expectations for this book but while heading it, it felt dragging, repetitive and just unreal at times. I wish I would’ve just focused on the afterword and not wasted 5 hours of my life on the whole thing.

wow

I didn't even know what to say honestly. It's both incredulous and incredible. I was recommended this book by my therapist because we are discussing doing past life regression therapy. I feel like I don't know what I dont know and it's made me want to read and know more. thank you Dr. Weiss for sharing this gift with thr world. More people need to hear this journey and others like it and maybe humanity will become less doomed in its slow progression toward enlightenment.

This book saved my life 20 years ago.

Reading this book about 20 years ago had such a profound affect on me that I was then no longer suicidal. I just read it again, and learned more. My dumbass father molested me when I was 12. Realizing those scary tendencies started soon thereafter … I also learned from your book that suicide wound only make my next life worse. This book healed me … and I’ve passed a couple on to two other people who admired ti being suicidal. Thank you Brian … thank you Kathryn.

Kind of incredible but intriguing

Maybe it’s hokum. Maybe not. But worth a listen and worth having an open mind about.

Tapping into other realms

If you’re someone who’s interested in the possibility of life beyond death. You will enjoy listening to this book. I found it to be thought provoking and compelling. A couple of parts were repetitive. But not to the point of being overkill. I enjoyed this book. And will listen to more from this author.

Life Changing

This took my breath away. I needed to hear this, right now, and not sooner. I listened to the entire book in a single sitting because I couldn’t stop listening.

I died at 5, have alot of questions still

No book or explanation has accurately described what I experienced.

I've been in a car crash that almost decapitated me, a plane crash, Iraq, a shooting and a murder but still I they didn't kill me nor did the circumstance. I'm so lucky

I have had so many near death experiences yet I'm lucky to live. My purpose isn't completed yet, or so i guess. Because of this book when I die, I know it's because my purpose is met.

I hope I complete all I'm supposed to.

Great book, this is the full version

If you want to read this book this is the full version, which is great. Don't bother with the 1h30min version that audible offers. The book is a really amazing, giving clarity on the message of life, and the influence of past lives.
