Complete waste of money

Struggled to grasp the author's perspective on will power and discipline. He some manages to totally convolute the two. Any one that practices any measure of discipline will agree you cannot have self discipline without will power. You need will power to execute discipline. I could not finish this book. I want a refund. The chapter on entrepreneurship has almost nothing to do with discipline. This book came across as the ramblings of a disorganized mind trying to get a specific concept across.

I great way to get started.

Excellent book to make oneself disciplined and successful in life. The idea is practical and implementable to get the desired results. I have used the inputs from this book to get success. Keep writing such inspirational books. Great!!!!

A beautiful voice with a beautiful content!!

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.

Thorough and powerful!

It's important to understand what you are battling in procrastination, perfectionism, distractions, and lack of motivation, and that's all addressed here. Honorable mention on the characterization of motivation as a temporary state of mind, where discipline is more automatic. Then more about habit formation and longer-lasting behavior modification.
