You can't go wrong with Mental Toughness

Mental toughness is so important in all aspects of life. In everyday life we might not need or use it as often as navy seals but it is a great thing to develop. Young people could really use more mental toughness. This audio book lays things out really well and let's us know the steps that go through to develop mental toughness.

Very helpful audio Book

I've battled in the past working with troublesome individuals. This audio book helped me disassociate with specific stories I've been letting myself know for a considerable length of time (for example "my way is right" or "someone or other is adverse to our group"). The psychological tumbling I've been playing for quite a long time has just prevailed with regards to causing me languishing.

One of the best self help audio book !!

Very useful listen. Practical suggestions and strategies. By the time I finished the audio book, I realized that I was somehow already applying some of them subconsciously and was handling emotions in a new and better way. Just listening this audio book had made me grow immediately.

Exactly As Expected!!

The audio book is an incredible reminder of how being emotionally harmonized to create the life of our dreams. In the wake of completing this audio book, I am learning a ton about how to Increase my Freedom from Anger, Stress, Depression, and Negativity. This audio book perfectly works on me. Now I can control my self from anger. I appreciate this one.

Helpful strategies in excellent

A great summary of the most respected/recognized tools for managing your emotions. I'm not sure that I completely agree with his implementation tables, but I am no expert on this and the tables are a unique value-add .

Tables aside, the comprehensive summary of tools/methods makes the audio book worth your time.

Changed my life

I love purchasing self help/improvement audio books so much that at times, I feel that they can be repetitive ,so I start skimming through the audio book and before I know it- I’ve listen “most”of the audio book. Master Your Emotions was a audio book that I chose based on amazon reviews and , without a doubt, I loved it and listen from cover to cover The author reviews emotions that can hold us back and how we can improve

Do not buy this book

Appallingly written. Use of English extraordinary. As if words missing or written by someone who doesn’t grasp the language properly.

Examples of helpful tools to aid emotional situations included putting on makeup to pass the time(?!) and if you made your family a bad meal then get a book and make a better meal (again?!!!).

This book was easy to listen, had some techniques that were very easy to apply and definitely made me look at my emotions in a healthier, more constructive manner.
