The best book of emotion !!

At first author showed what is emotion and the way - almost people deviation or known a little. Besides describe emotions that are included positive and negative, however, the most value delivery is how to deal and grow with appreciate actions.

I can breathe again!

Very well written and truly informative on where & how to best cope with Emotions. I especially found the strategy on Recording My Emotions extremely helpful. The book is a wonderful reminder of how being emotionally in tuned to create the life of our dreams.

Logical, easy to listen, and very motivating!

I love this book! First, it explains the nature of emotions very eloquently and without and pomp. Next, it describes very doable action items and why they are effective. Very thorough book. Valuable even if you scan through the first sections.

One of the best self help books I have ever grab.

The author writes clearly without the “ Mumbo jumbo” of some other books I have read. He gives straightforward reasons why we do what we do, and ways of controlling our negativity. You will learn more from this book than a Psych 101 in college!
