The best book to really get over your BS
Wow!!! I have never hear anything remotely close to this. This book calls you out on aaaaall your crap, but you can totally see the author can achieve this, because she calls herself out on the regular and has done a loooot of work on herself. Whoever does the work on this book will see their life transformed without a doubt. But not everyone is ready for this book.

Nice approach, but I love snarky, lol.
This is a no nonsense, snarky, but funny approach to calling out our idiosyncrasies. The author admits this in the beginning and I believe the negative reviews are due to not caring for the approach. I like not having things sugar coated, and while I choose to try not to curse myself, it does not offend me if someone else does. Also, she admits to not having a traumatic past or troubled life, and uses her own experiences to state her comparative views and explain where her approach has come from. I don't believe you have to walk in someone else's shoes to help them, you just have to care, and she does.
Not being "techy", it was difficult for me to find the PDF she references at each chapter, which is why I rated performance 3 stars. I found it by going to my Amazon Subscriptions, then to my Audible downloads, and then the PDF. I guess I was looking more for a workbook, but what is there is an example of what to do. I will have to go back through each chapter to find the "homework" as it is not outlined on the PDF. As a visual learner, this is challenging, but doable. All in all, a good message and I am looking forward to completing the tasks and evaluating myself for insight.

Awesome, awesome, awesome
I absolutely LOVE this book, and without question, will go back and listen to this again very, very soon. I will admit that I felt the need to buy the book on Kindle as well so that I could read the assignments and have easier access to them. However, I think this book has the potential to be life changing, and I've already had several insights just by listening.

Disappointing
I have listened to over 200 audible books a thud is by far the most confusing. The author goes from preaching, to spilling the beans on her friends personal lives to trying to create a false charm. I wish the author would just sit and listen to it herself and she could see how she is jumping all over the place, lacking direction and focus, and just confusing. I will give her credit for the catchy title, it’s what got my attention, but it needs to have substance.

A MUST read
