well organized!

This is a wonderful meditation audiobook. It’s well written and fun to listen. It’s easy to do the meditations because of the clearly written instructions. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in meditating, which hopefully is everyone. Wish I had something this clear, optimized for the modern world and practical when I started. Highly recommended.

Excellent audiobook..

This audiobook is the ideal start for anyone embarking on a meditation practice. I find it is also great for those interested in expanding their knowledge base of the various types of meditation, and great tools on how to incorporate them. A must have audiobook for anyone into meditation, and it’s been very well received as a gift as well!
