An amazing book.

This book help me so much to find the reasons for my anxieties, to put things in perspective. To realize what is important and how to turn the negative thoughts around. I highly recommend this book to anyone suffering from anxiety. Not only will it help set you free from the thoughts that consume you, it will give you the tools to love with all of your heart.

Suffering from ANXIETY PLEASE listen !!

Anyone suffering from Anxiety or dating someone with anxiety. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you read this book. It will help you understand yourself or your partner, why they are the way they are. Great read. Read it twice. I suffer from anxiety myself. I’ve learned a lot.

Communication is key

If you or someone you know is having a hard time with their anxiety, this book will help. My therapist recommended me getting it because I kept googling every symptom I had and reading other people’s scares started to scare me. For me, it helped me accept that my anxiety is not a disability, it’s just part of my personality. I deal with things differently than some and it helped me find ways to do that without fear. Highly recommend..

Great affirmations techniques

I have never tried any affirmations techniques but enjoyed this book. I'm tying to get a jump start on my new year's resolution. The narration was good and kept you engaged. This was my first book by this author and I would definitely listen to others if the opportunity permits.

Cayó bien dormido

Todavía no estoy seguro de la pérdida de peso, ¡pero seguro que me pone a dormir! No estoy seguro de lo que hay en todo el libro porque me levanto con el silencio o la música ligera y las olas, creo. Necesito encontrar el botón de repetir libro. Tiendo a despertar y necesito comenzar de nuevo. ¡Mi esposo lo escuchó anoche y dijo que me estaban lavando el cerebro! ¡Jaja! Él siguió escuchando que eres tu propia persona. Volví a enchufar mis auriculares y seguí escuchando hasta que me quedé dormido. Continuaré los 21 días y veré cambiar mis hábitos. ¡Yo espero que sí! ¡Es solo el cuarto día y creo que puede estar ayudando un poquito! ¡No tuve helado ayer al menos!

Finalmente dormido

He tenido numerosos problemas de salud, el cáncer avanzado más reciente. No he dormido toda la noche durante varios años HASTA ahora. Esto me relaja y me pone en un sueño profundo. Ahora duermo hasta al menos las 6 a.m. sin despertarme durante la noche. ¡Gracias

Love it

I realize these are silly but still..... I would like to meditate during the day too. I really like these meditations, they are not as creepy as some others I have encountered before. Actually my 11 year old found it as we were looking for sleep meditation to help her go to sleep. She doesn't like most meditations as they sound creepy to her.
