It describes how to meditate Zen style in great detail and clearly. The language is clear and the book is not as esoteric as other Zen writings. It definitely is a good, serious read on the subject of Zen.

THOUSAND stars.

. I'm interested in the concept, I've done some reading - mostly on tangential materials about meditation and stress management. This book has really helped me begin to understand what zen means at its foundation.
