Elaborates clearly with proper explanations

This book is a real eye opener.

There are many different meditation techniques and the author provides helpful information on select meditation techniques. It is a great guide that helps ease the listener into the meditation techniques in a calming manner. It also provides other information (mindfulness) that can serve as a kind of meditation. The author seems very open and honest in his work. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone.
