Best sleep in a long time

After listening to one of the free books on meditation, I called Audible to see if there were more like it and specifically on sleep. Audible found a couple and added them to my wishlist for me. I was up in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep all week as I just could not get my mind to be quiet. I fell asleep listening to this book and I had the best sleep that I can remember in most of my adult life last night.

Not happy

I actually feel manipulated by this title and the short listening sample. I wanted a meditation I could simply turn on and listen to as I fell asleep. Instead this was chapter after chapter of information I had no interest in. I had to flip through all of the chapters to find the meditation, but when the meditation was over ( which says nothing about chakras) the reader comes back in with more data. Thus causing me to wake up out of my sleep state to turn the recording off. What was the point?

The other odd thing I noticed was when I was reading reviews of various sleep meditations this one had reviews duplicated exactly from another audio recording, so I knew the reviews were incorrect for one of these. I wonder if this is the error of Audible?

Getting a good eight hours sleep is possible

It's been a wonderful way to get to sleep without much hassle. I am surprised by the effectiveness of this audio book, it proved to be really effective for getting to sleep at night

Guided meditation is really helpful

The author and narrator guides you through all the different stages including induction, deepening, and termination to complete a session.I found this audio book similar to a stress releasing therapy, one listen is as helpful as one session of stress releasing therapy.The good point about this audio book is it's length, it is not too long or not too short for a session.

Very Relavent for Our Too Busy Lives!

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didnt know what to expect. The author is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!

Great experience!

Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation theory I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow for beginners. This audiobook is really awesome.

Straightforward instruction.

This is a wonderfully relaxing audio book. The instructors voice is calm and soothing with instruction that is straightforward and easy to follow.
