No different than std keto diet just less carbs allowed.

No different than std keto diet just less carbs allowed at 5%. So this is actually harder to do than a std keto diet allowing 10% carbs. Best to invest in a Keto-Mojo blood meter and test once or twice a week while tracking macros. You may be find out you can eat 40 to 50 carbs per day and still stay in keto.

Music too loud!

Aside from the narrator having a slightly annoying voice, the music was far too loud, repetitive and intrusive, and was their overpowering.

I saw it as a brilliant book

I saw it as a brilliant book with a well disposed tone and heaps of fascinating data. It genuinely has made me take a gander at reflection and battles with weight reduction in an unexpected way. Truth be told, I started an ordinary reflection practice as a result of it.

Great book tons to learn

This book is actually fairly grounded and well rounded in approach. I am very much interested in the idea of weight loss due to reducing stress versus the commonly accepted "just eat less and move more" prescription. I know there is truth to that, but I really am interested

Great audible book

Great audible book. I can say that the inner focus, the daily reminder that the inner world is real and present is a HUGE change for anyone that struggles with even the mundane tasks and constantly being bombarded by stress and busy-ness.

A very Boring narrator.

Struggled to finish.
Piano played same 4 notes throughout the whole book.
Narrator sounded like a robot speaking through a tannoy.
So irritating I had to speed up every chapter hoping it would improve.
I didn't learn anything from this book.
