Recommend this book in a heartbeat!

This book is amazing. It's easy to follow and very helpful for people who want to start mediation like me. Before this book, I had no idea what it meant, just like most I thought you had to turn off your thought and sit in silences. Boy was I wrong, and this book helped me see that. I am on my 2nd 10-day mediation with a twist... instead of 5 mins, I do each at 20 mins.

Wow amazing audible book

This audio book is great. makes a great gift too. I have been wanting to start meditating and this is perfect. Walks me through step by step as well getting prepared. Great visuals. the 10 days to be calmer really worked for me and my children.

This is the best book on Mindfulness I have ever listen with great explanations and easy, but illuminating, ways to understand what mindfulness is all about from a scientific yet spiritual viewpoint. Great book for a class on Mindfulness.

There are many different meditation techniques

There are many different meditation techniques and the listen book provides helpful information on select meditation techniques. It is a great book that helps ease the reader into the meditation techniques in a calming manner. It also provides other information mindfulness that can serve as a kind of meditation. The good book seems very open and honest in his work. I would recommend this book to anyone.
