I love how easy the recipes are and how easy it is to find the ingredients in a local grocery store or in a natural food store. Next they offer some helpful (but brief) tips on saving money while pursuing the mediterranean diet. After this pleasant and concise introduction they offer the recipes in five separate chapters.

Easy to understand.
I recommend this Audio-book for anyone wanting to learn more about intermittent fasting. She breaks down the processes in the body that occur during IF and Ketosis in a way that is easy to understand.
