Good price and quickly delivered I'm pleased!!

simple easy recipes that taste great. great buy for somebody starting out in the Mediterranean diet. i always use this book! Since I'm not a 'menu' maker this book is perfect to help me plan a day's menu AND lose weight! Just wow!

I liked this audio-book!

This is a beautiful cookbook for one, and as someone who wanted to know more about cooking Mediterranean food, it is thorough with lovely personal stories for every dish. The first recipe I followed for dinner had all the flavor of something you labored over except it was so easy!

Gave great information about it!!

I love how easy the recipes are and how easy it is to find the ingredients in a local grocery store or in a natural food store. This audio-book also has useful indexes with a loss of three weeks of shopping and detailed caloric values and links to recipes that do not seem too difficult to make out there.

Such an amazing audiobook

Very authentic audiobook

The audiobook starts out with a very brief introduction on mediterranean eating habits and some side info on the Mediterranean sea. Next they offer some helpful (but brief) tips on saving money while pursuing the mediterranean diet. After this pleasant and concise introduction they offer the recipes in five separate chapters.

Easy to understand.
