Great resource for everyone

All the meals have connections to the recipes. The day's meal is spelled out. I lost 8 pounds in the one month I have been practicing it. Instructions are not difficult, but do require prep time. Lots of taste in all the dishes and very simple to follow.

Awesome Book!!!

The book is awesome. My partner will definitely enjoy the new recipe on this book as we both love Mediterranean Diet. The menu gave a good taste and the dinner was never the same. Long hours made us our night talking about the great taste it gives from this book.
