These are all perfect for people who like to meal prep. A lot of the recipes make quite a bit of servings so it was perfect for me! This is an awesome book especially for the value!!MY NEW MEAL PREP PAL! I LOVE IT!

Wonderful recipes.

Seriously, this is a great way to begin making permanent changes in my diet and health. This book is very practical. It provides tips to slowly include changes to create sustainable habits, not only in eating, but in exercise, and other relaxing lifestyle behaviors.
