Public relations has always been an essential part of doing business which is probably why you're shelling out big money to an outside PR firm. But the truth is that you don't need them. You already have all the necessary tools in-house to do as good a job as the so-called experts. Landing public relations coverage for yourself and your company is a powerful tool to help elevate your personal brand. PR is easier to generate, leverage, and is more effective than marketing. In other words, public relations is more critical than ever in growing your brand and your business.

Too generic
It was really generic / didn’t seem to apply to my work/industry very well. It also felt very buzzwordy. My key takeaways are to cut meeting times in half since meetings expand to take the time allotted, invite only the minimum number of people, have an agenda with prework/purpose, have someone drive the meeting, and make sure to summarize decisions/action items at the end of the meeting.
