Publisher's Summary

The human brain is incredible. We accomplish marvelous things such as building rockets that send us to the moon and back. Yet, we regularly fail to remember simple things such as where we placed our house keys last night. We fall short when attempting to recall the name of an important person we should really know. Sometimes, we remember the most insignificant things and forget things that actually matter. Why? How does the human brain decide which memories to store and which memories to demolish?

You do not need to be smart to develop a superhuman memory. This audiobook will offer all the secret memory improvement techniques that academic institutions refused to teach you. All the techniques are described with real-life examples so that you can start applying them in your daily life, immediately!

This is trash!

I am sorry to say this is the worst book I've listened to so far. The previous reviews are spam. Look at the date they were posted and it is exactly the same, which means the reviews are fake. Please don't make the same mistake I made.

NOT for Memory Self Help

I wanted a quick book with insight and techniques to help improve my memory. This book is NOT it.
Additionally, the gentleman who is reading the book is AWEFUL. It is obvious that he never read/rehearsed. The book may be OK but the reader puts inflections in the wrong places, mispronounces words and simply did a horrible job.
Do NOT recommend this audio book. If you want the info, read the hard copy. I couldn’t finish it.

Everything written in this book makes sense

Personally, I found the book filled with interesting ideas. We know that we often, as teachers, have forgotten the steep hills we had to climb to mastery. Therefore, I think a book like this that attends to many facets of the learning process is a valuable antidote to complacency.
