Learn about racism and how it is affecting the multicultural society

Racism has been spread all over the world, like an epidemic disease. We can see a lot of people facing discrimination and unfair treatment at various places due to the difference in their color, race, age, gender, or culture. We are living in a multicultural society where we can experience a mix of all cultures and customs. Racism is prevailing in such a multicultural world. In this book, you will learn about the basic concept of racism and how it has evolved in a multicultural society.

The key points that are discussed in this book are:

  • Racism and its importance in a multicultural society
  • Diversity and cultural difference around the globe
  • Effects of racism on institutions such as schools, workplace and other government structures.
  • Racism faced by women
  • How can we spot racism
  • How to fight racism
  • Globalization

We have to believe and accept that every individual living on this earth has an equal right to practice whatever they want. There is no one superior, and no one inferior to anyone. The differences in culture, religion and customs should be respected and given a fair right to practice. From this book you can understand and embrace the concept of different cultures and how to embed them in our lives, and help those people who are facing racism in their daily lives to live a healthy life with equal availability of all resources such as education, work opportunities, health and well-being, and all such necessities.

Terrible narration

I could not listen to this book. It sounded like a computer reading each word independently. It was very distracting.

Awesome book!!

Book and Audio book are VERY Different. Like the author says: "If you imagine that the lessons here apply only to sports and athletes, you'd be wrong." These lessons will help you at all. Without trying to explain what I've learned I would only say that I believe everyone can benefit from the powerful yet simple concepts and techniques that are shared.
