Pretty Good

It's pretty good. Some of the stuff was not new to me, but even so, having it said, written and mapped out with reasoning and application solidifies the concepts. If you're after sharpening your mind to act and thrive in an ever-changing world, this would be a good listen. I took off one star because I personally wasn't thrilled with the narration at times..but I could be overly critical on that.

Clear Specified To Feel Easily!

I am disappointed in this book. It is vainglorious, dreary, and mechanical. I do not expect that there's any "exceptional course of action" shown here, however rather, this book may be a panoply of essential classroom planning procedures bundled to seem to be a divulge. Wish I had not sat sit still examining as much as I may persevere.

Mental Improvement!

The chapters are generally coordinated to the point on the cases that one may bargain with. This book obviously affected me and I found this book uncommonly sharp and brimming with amazing strategies. Beyond any doubt thing, after tuning in the primary portion of this book I feel energized almost the opportunity to create my certainty and mental control. Exceptionally well composed.

Thought provoking, intentional and deliberate tool

I have just started listening so I cannot give full details, however I can say it definitely has my attention. The ability to gain stillness of the mind after having experience trauma, anxiety and ptsd it's a challenge. I have listen to the best of my ability, tried workshops, coaching, therapy,audiobook groups and yet to find the discipline to maintain control. So either this will be another tool to add to my box or perhaps several that may actually enable me to find that rythem that works for me, mediation is not it , for me anyway. Looking forward to finishing and giving a new update

Easy, yet essential listen!

I like how it is written in a very down-to-earth, conversational manner, while, at the same time producing facts that further prove his advice/guidance.Ian is incredibly motivated for positive change & very enthusiastic about it as well because he has seen first hand that these techniques work-both in his personal life as well as many others.I too have been on a transformational journey for many years, always shooting for more growth. I can say from my own experience, this is not an easy path but it is absolutely without a doubt, worth it. I related to the information given in this audiobook because I see my journey towards personal change has mirrored many of what this audiobook entails. It’s incredibly motivating, but doesn’t just leave you inspired with no practical guidance on how to get wherever it is you’re looking to grow.
