Because of its diversity, it covers many important information and skills, making it one, if not the major factor you need to reap the improvements you wish to have. Critical thinking will allow you to respond to things differently like if an out-of-the-blue situation pops up, you’d be able to handle it calmly and in clarity instead of the usual panic.

Very useful mental models for entrepreneurs
This book was a pleasant surprise. I've listened to many books on entrepreneurship and ways to improve your mindset but most of the new ones are a bit more marketing than actual resourceful, this one on the other hand is quite useful and full of models that I can actually use and improve my way of thinking. The narrator's voice is pleasant and manages to captivate you. I believe that in order to remember all the models and be able to actually apply them you'll need to listen the book at least twice or also get the ebook/hard cover to be able to adnotate and bookmark ideas that you want to implement in the near future.

* Reversible decisions/irreversible decisions
* Satisficer/maximizer
* Minimize regrets
* Truth (follow the evidence)
* Peer review
* Pareto Principle
* Right actions/easy actions

A toolkit everyone can benefit from.
Who takes the time to learn how to think? Not many, but everyone should. This book is a quick, well-written treatise on thinking and decision-making. Each method is defined in enough detail to either give you the steps necessary to employ the method or pique your interest to find out more about it. There were several topics that I bookmarked and shared with my coworkers.

Incredibly informative
I honestly didn't have a lot of expectations for this book, but it proved to be a wealth of information.
Some of the techniques taught herein are practically self evident, but others are far less so. Some of it is simple if you just think about what you're doing, while others are things I never would have considered on my own.
For anyone who wants to elevate their analytical mind and separate themselves from the crowd, this book is worth its weight in gold.

I liked it, but it is very similar to other books
The narrator is great, and I like to listen to these kind of books when exercising / walking around.
I had listen to a very similar book just recently, so it felt like deja-vu on some parts of this book, however with some of those interesting books I do not mind listening it again & it definitely has some good concepts to listen for twice.

Verbose and cliché
While this book provides an overview of a variety of mental models it surrounds the models with redundant, flowery, cliche descriptions. The summary offered with each chapter is the most useful part of the book.

Not for me
I didn’t make it very far in this book and I’m going to stop listening to it. He starts out by hating on chiropractors and telling you to ignore your check engine light because it’s just not important. Clearly I can see that this book is not for me and the authors point of view is a little silly and off-base.

A good overview of mental models
While we have heard of most of these models, bearing about them in the framework of how to think and achieve exceptional results was useful. A good review even for experienced mgrs/leaders.
